This project was a major re-development of a tired local pub, which underwent extensive extensions and a full refurbishment to create a luxury fine dining and hotel complex, comprising of nine bespoke guest rooms with en-suites, bar, pub, restaurant, dining hall and Michelin Star kitchen.
