Part P for Building Regulations - Carlisle & Cumbria
In January 2005, a new government regulation was passed that required any electrical work that has been completed in your property must be reported to Building Control in order for them to complete an inspection making sure that the installation is safe and does not pose a potential risk to you and your family.
At Wykes Group Ltd, we are a fully NICEIC accredited company, which means that we have been fully assessed to make sure that we meet all required safety regulations and that we operate to the highest standard. It also means that we are able to self-certify and can notify Building Control ourselves, saving you the hassle and time of having to do this yourself.
Once the work has been registered with your local authority Building Control you will receive a Building Compliance Certificate confirming the safety of the new electrical Installation.
